The Great Nutshell Caption Competition!

Put your wordy goodness to the test! Submit captions for the following image, and in a set quantity of time (ie: whenever the Goddesses deem we have enough entries) we will vote on which is to be considered the wittiest and most generally awesome. That person will be awarded untold riches and fame! And some kind of actual prize of forum specialness that is yet to be announced... (You only find out if you get it. And if you do you're not allowed to tell anyone else! It's like mao... the rules are we can't tell you the rules XD)

It had been a pleasant afternoon in the Lady's gardens. The sun was shining, the tea was hot and the Scones Jammy.

All in all, Lady Rose was very pleased with the proceedings. Banter rang across the table, dispersed with peals of laughter; The guests were enjoying themselves and time was kind and lingering.

The perfect tea-party.


At least it was the perfect tea party.

The afternoon slowly bled into night. Small-talk and banter escalated into verbal jousts and fond reminiscing. The party slowly dispersed to the many rooms, nooks and crannies of the manor; words replaced with primal grunts and possessed squeals.

The cries of pleasure turned to screams of terror as darkness lifted it's veil on the evening's consequences and the morning revealed the repercussions of their actions.

The Lady never hosted another tea-party.

She couldn't.

The guards do try awfully hard to look like they treat their prisoners patients well at the asylum, pity only the truly mad ones can fake a smile.

I vote that Logan's post be moved to the short stories section as it is too long to be a caption and should therefore be disqualified, but still preserved for humour's sake.
