In other news, I read That godawful book in a night. Couldn't put it down. Am now desperate to read the rest and see the movie.

| Lolz! I read about 1/3 of That godawful book about a week ago but now I'm just like ...meh... I can't be bothered reading the rest and I don't really have much motivation. I don't get what all the fuss is about, but maybe I'm not far enough into it yet.
You should meet my sister, she's obsessed.

| WELL
I am about half way through and I must say, it's starting to get quite addicting. It's weird because it's not like I love the characters that much or love the plot but it seems she's really suspensful or something and always leaves you with open questions that you HAVE to find the answer to, by reading more.

| lol I may have to read it if you're addicted, for fear of not being able to have a conversation with you otherwise!
That and if you and Alyx both seem to be somewhat enjoying it then maybe it's not too bad.

He's not as hilarious as I've been told, but fairly amusing nonetheless

| I'm into my second reading of That godawful book, and I've asked for all the others for my birthday. Cannot WAIT to get the rest of the story; so glad I came to the series after they were all written - don't have to wait.
I found it too, Liv, at the start you kind of have to be motivated to read it but by the time they met up in Port Angeles, I was completely hooked. I'm reading it again to get all the details I missed.

| hmmmmm
after reading the highly basic outlines of the plots on wiki i felt no desire to read the books whatsoever
they seemed almost cliche and predictable
(then again i only have room in my life for harry potter)
so call me biased | |

| Ugh stupid teen fiction wars. It's a fucking book. It isn't life changing/ It's about people you will never meet, who are of no consequence and are BETTER THAN YOU. They can't return your affection or thank you for standing up for them so sit down and read your book and enjoy it for yourself. | |

| Calm down dude. Yes, it's just a book, but they can be life changing for some people in the ideas that are presented across and sometimes they will give hope to people when they don't have any hope, and things to hold on to when there's nothing else to grab. People have been telling stories since time began. There's got to be a reason it's stuck around so long, and is now in many different forms, such as film. | |

So? Fuck them. Do what you want. Of course you're unqualified to be a doctor - you don't have any qualifications yet!!!! That's what the study is for, duh. My friend is rebelling against his parents wishes for him to be a doctor by becoming a lawyer.
